Happy Maau Studios LLC respects the rights of our clients to their intellectual properties and will not use any of the ideas presented to us to create any derivative works unless said work is already in development at Happy Maau Studios LLC . In the case of such an event Happy Maau Studios LLC will be able to provide proof that said content was not taken without authorization or used and that the said proof is original Happy Maau Studios LLC content. The potential client will then be informed of such an event and Happy Maau Studios LLC will not take on said client due to conflicts of interest.
